India Shipping

ARUNOOR offers complimentary standard shipping to all addresses within India. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST Monday through Friday will typically be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available for ₹500. Next-day delivery is available for ₹900 for select pin codes. Please note that once an order is placed, it is not possible to amend the shipping address.

International Shipping

ARUNOOR offers complimentary International DHL Express shipping on all orders over ₹50,000. Orders below this threshold incur a flat shipping fee of ₹2,500. Recipients are responsible for any duties and taxes applicable in their country.

We cover duties and taxes for shipments to: UAE, UK, USA, Europe (Euro zone), Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Australia.

*For select destinations, a temporary surcharge applies due to carrier-imposed elevated risk fees.

Return Policy

Items purchased on arunoor.com and ARUNOOR flagship stores are eligible for return provided they are returned within 14 days of the item’s delivery date in unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached and all related accessories included.

Made-to-order, personalized, and altered items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return. Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of ARUNOOR.

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.

India Returns

To initiate a domestic return, please contact us at care@arunoor.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label via email within 24 business hours.

International Returns

To initiate an international return, please contact us at care@arunoor.com. International orders are not eligible for complimentary returns; a ₹2,500 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
