A: You can reach our team at care@arunoor.com. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM IST. For styling assistance, you can also reach us via WhatsApp.
Q: Where are your stores located?
A: ARUNOOR currently operates exclusively online at arunoor.com. Our flagship store in New Delhi is opening in late 2026. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Q: Does ARUNOOR offer styling assistance?
A: Yes. Our personal stylists are available via WhatsApp to help you find the right pieces, advise on sizing, and curate outfits.
Product Information
Q: Where can I find care instructions?
A: Care instructions are listed on every product page and on the garment’s care label. We recommend storing all ARUNOOR pieces in their respective garment bags away from direct sunlight.
Q: Where can I find size & fit details?
A: Each product page includes a detailed size guide. You can access the full size guide by tapping “Size Guide” on any product page. Our customer service team is also available to help with fit recommendations.
Q: What is ARUNOOR’s product care and warranty policy?
A: ARUNOOR stands behind the quality of every piece. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@arunoor.com with photos and we will arrange an exchange or full refund.
Orders
Q: Can I amend my order once it has been placed?
A: We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us at care@arunoor.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We cannot guarantee amendments after this window.
Q: What if an item is sold out?
A: You can request to be notified when a sold-out item is restocked by tapping “Notify Me” on the product page. We also offer made-to-order for select styles — contact us for details.
Payment
Q: When will payment be processed?
A: Payment is processed at the time of checkout. For pre-order items, your card is charged at the time of order placement. You will receive an email confirmation once payment is confirmed.
Q: What payment types are accepted?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, net banking, and EMI options. International orders can also be paid via PayPal.
Shipping
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders placed before 2 PM IST on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
Q: Why am I receiving multiple deliveries for the same order?
A: If your order contains items from multiple warehouses or includes a pre-order item, they may ship separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Q: Is a signature required for delivery?
A: For orders above ₹50,000, a signature is required upon delivery. For other orders, the courier will attempt delivery and leave a notice if no one is available.
Q: Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
A: For domestic India orders, GST is included in the displayed price. For international orders, duties and taxes may be applicable depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless we specify otherwise.
Returns
Q: What is ARUNOOR’s return policy?
A: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Made-to-order and sale items are final sale.
Q: How can I process a domestic return or exchange?
A: Email care@arunoor.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send a prepaid return label within 24 business hours.
Q: How can I process an international return?
A: Email care@arunoor.com to initiate an international return. Please note that a ₹2,500 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Q: When will I receive a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account.
